2008 Marks another election year for both the Pennsylvania House and Senate.  Now is the time to get in front of your current legislator(s) or to support candidates running for office in 2008.  CAP faces numerous issues controlled by the State House and Senate and it is imparative that we know where these candidates stand on the issues.  The General Assembly impacts the way we do business on a day-to-day business.  The irony is that they work for us not the other way around and we need to let them know this and know that we are holding them accountable.  Candidates need to know that we will not support them until they start supporting and fostering small business in PA.  This means less buraucracy, less tax burdens and less regulation.  Small business is saddled with a plethora of fees, permits, taxes, licenses and mandates from Commonwealth annually.  This relentless approach has pushed us to the brink and it is time we stand up and say "no more; we can not and will not take not more."  So nows your chance, go to the attached site, find your legislator and communicate.  If they won't listen find their opponent and see if they will listen.  As always do not hesitate to contact the CAP office if you need assistance with this.
